Cancellation Policy

I am aware that there are times that unavoidable circumstances may come up, I do ask that you try to give me at least 48 hours notice when able  for reschedule and cancelations. As your stylist I rely financially on those appointments being filled and less then 48 hour notice does not give me adequate time to fill those appointments while also giving my full attention behind the chair. 

 

I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment time or you may be charged a cancelation fee.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will result in a fee of  50% of services booked. 

 

NO call, NO SHOW on appointment day will result in a 50% fee of services booked.

A credit card is required at booking for any and all services to be  held and is kept securely on file. To avoid fees please be respectful of my cancelation/no show policy.
